Description & Story Guide
ENGLISH DESCRIPTION
In the dead silence of the night, where even time seems to hold its breath, the gates of ZADEEN’s private hospital burst open with urgency. Three speeding cars tear through the darkness, carrying with them a fear so deep it has long replaced hope. Everyone knows what it means when those cars arrive at such an hour. It means Jannah is dying again.
She is never seen. Always hidden. Always protected. A girl whose face is known only to a few, yet whose life controls the fate of an entire empire. To her family, she is not just a daughter. She is their heartbeat, their weakness, their undoing.
Inside the sterile walls of the VIP ward, panic breathes quietly. Doctors move with precision. No mistakes are allowed. Outside, her family waits in suffocating silence. Wealth surrounds them, power bends at their will, yet none of it can save her. Not without a heart.
Again.
Jannah does not have a life of her own. She survives on borrowed time, on stolen chances, on hearts that never seem to last. Each failure drags her closer to the inevitable, and each attempt strips away what little humanity remains in those who claim to love her.
Her father, a man feared and revered, is reduced to something fragile, something desperate. A billionaire brought to his knees by a child he cannot let go. Her brothers are no better. Ruthless. Restless. Ready to tear the world apart just to keep her alive one more day.
Then, finally, a match is found.
A perfect heart.
A woman. Young. Married. Pregnant. Unaware.
In that moment, hope returns, but it is not the kind that saves. It is the kind that destroys.
What follows is not a question of right or wrong. It is a descent into something darker, where power erases morality and desperation justifies cruelty. A life must end so another can continue. A mother may never know why her child will never be born. A woman may lose everything without ever understanding who took it.
And Jannah, the girl at the center of it all, remains trapped between life and death, unaware of the horrors committed in her name.
As decisions are made behind closed doors, silence becomes the loudest scream. Every heartbeat carries a cost. Every breath is borrowed. And somewhere in the shadows, fate begins to tighten its grip, reminding them all that no one escapes the consequences forever.
This is a story of fear that never fades, of love twisted into obsession, and of a hope so fragile it demands sacrifice. In a world where survival is bought with blood, the question is no longer who will live.
It is who must die.
